Abstract

The present text describes and analyzes both the meanings of the artistic view on the relationship dance-poetry-music and the way they determine it. Seen as a generative structure, this triad – triuna choreea (in the ancient sense of the word) appears as an epicentre as well as an intersection of two levels, or, in other words, the two limits of a category field – the physiologic (the sensitive, basic level) and the archetypal (transcendental, the upper limit). The complexity and, at the same time, clarity of the picture comes from the gradual growth and variety (the allusion of a tree-like growth) of the categories, with the final purpose of revealing the syncretic triad as a cumulative expression of extreme efficiency and legitimacy of the convergence between the irrational of the sensitive and the transcendental of the archetypal.
