All manuscripts are strictly refereed (two single blind referee reports are written) and only papers of high quality are accepted for publication.

The journal is open access; there is no publication fee.

The journal mainly welcomes contributions in:

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts are reviewed by two referees.

The peer review process consists of the following steps:

  • One of the Editors assigns a member of the Editorial Board to manage the peer review and to send the manuscript to two reviewers. Two single blind referee reports are requested.
  • Based on the reviewers' reports, the member of the Editorial Board makes a recommendation to the Editor.
  • By this recommendation and the two reports, the Editor takes a decision that is sent to the author.
