Political and Institutional Determinants of the Electoral Behavior of the Moroccan Diaspora
in France. This article provides an analysis of the electoral behavior of the Moroccan diaspora residing in France, with a particular focus on the political and institutional factors that influence its members’ electoral choices. The study of the determinants of electoral behavior highlights a range of institutional factors stemming from the legal and organizational constraints governing the electoral participation of the Moroccan diaspora. In particular, the absence of polling stations in France constitutes a major obstacle to the effective exercise of the right to vote.
