The Christological message of the epistle of St. Paul to the Colossians. The focus of interest presented in this article explores a deep comprehension of the circumstances in which the epistle of St. Paul to the Colossians was written. The Christological message captured in the hymn of chapter 1 is a key aspect which is conceived as a response given by the Apostle to the Colossians who were going at that time through a spiritual crisis. Hence, the Pauline epistle outlines a vast Christian theology, even though it consists of only four chapters long. Considering that not only the advice offered by St. Paul in regards to the moral register, but also the warnings sent to the Colossians about community life are still very relevant in the 21st century, this article aims to analyze them closely.
